Graphing Quadratic Functions - Function Graphing Calculator

Graphing Quadratic Function is also one of Orimath Quadratic Calculator's capability. By graphing the quadratic functions, students can learn how changes in the value of a,b,c in a quadratic function y = ax2 + bx + c, may change the shape or position of said quadratic function. By graphing quadratic functions, students may also learn and understand why certain quadratic equation ( with Dicriminant less than zero ) have no real roots. By graphing the quadratic functions, it is possible to show to students that some quadratic functions, simply never touch the x-axis, and thus will have no real roots or x-intercept in real Cartesian space.

The first, you have to do is to check any check boxes with captions Plot the Curve. Make sure that you set the rectangular region of the function you want to graph/plot, by determining the interval of both x-axis and y-axis. If you are asked to find some points in the graphs, change the NPoint field as well. Then click either Solve the Equation/Function or as HTML to tell Orimath Quadratic Solver to solve the problem for you and tell you the steps required to get the answer.

Go to Graphs and Plotting page and you will find your graph plotted neatly there. But sometimes you might feel that the color simply doesn't match your taste. If you feel that way, just click the color panel in the bottom-left part of the form to change the color.
